Neat Sweden has renewed its ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system, QMS) and its ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system, EMS) certificate. A new auditor that reviewed all documents and processes from scratch has done the certification process.
The auditor reported that Neat Sweden has developed a “well-functioning system which is well adapted to our business. The management is highly engaged and the personnel can easily find all information they need. The documentation is limited but sufficient. A good collaboration between departments give possibility to fast responses to customers and increased competence of the personnel. This collaboration in combination with high experience and customer focus in all organization seems to be one of the company’s strengths with high level of know-how and flexibility”.
Renew the ISO certifications has been a complicated job in which all workers from Neat Sweden have been involved.
ISO 9001 is a Quality Management System (QMS), which gives organizations a systematic approach for meeting customer objectives.
ISO 14001 is an Environmental Management System (EMS), which gives organizations a systematic approach for measuring and improving their environmental impact.
“I would like to congratulate and send thanks to all personnel in the company and especially to the people who have been working with the system, to this nice feedback of our work” Ulrik Lundberg, Business Unit Manager RDI, M.Sc., said.
